We provide secure, reliable, and customizable mail and business support solutions to help you manage your postal mail and efficiently organize it for you. Our services are designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to choose from multiple service tiers, with monthly autopay or annual prepaid plans designed to fit your needs.

Service Details

All mail opened and non-junk mail scanned and uploaded to your private portal until maximum allowed pieces exceeded.

Email alert if you are approaching mail plan capacity for the month. $1 per envelope/piece for exceeding plan allowed pieces of non-junk mail and must be paid prior to scan/shipment.

At our discretion we will dispose of all promotional postcards, flyers, newsletters, or catalogs (junk mail). If it looks like an appointment reminder postcard, magazine subscription (magazines will only have front cover scanned) or etc it will be scanned and retained for shipment.

Delivered mail scans uploaded on the next business day. We will provide the monthly forwarding via USPS Flat Rate postage on the date of your choice.

Additional recipient/company names are available at $10 per name monthly per tier with no additional mail capacity.

Annual prepay discount is 20%. Early cancelation will incur the increase back to the the total monthly prepay prices being due before final release of mail.

All USPS rules and requirements must be met.

Basic Address Plan - Monthly Autopay $40 / Annual Prepay $384:

Up to 30 envelopes/cards/magazines/non-junk mail deemed pieces of incoming mail per month with 1 recipient/company name.

Standard Address Plan - Monthly Autopay $65 / Annual Prepay $624:

Up to 60 envelopes/cards/magazines/non-junk mail pieces of incoming mail per month with 1 recipient/company name.

Select Address Plan - Monthly Autopay $95 / Annual Prepay $912:

Up to 120 envelopes/cards/magazines/non-junk mail deemed pieces of incoming mail per month with 1 recipient/company name.

Premium Address Plan - Monthly Autopay $175 / Annual Prepay $1,680:

Up to 200 envelopes/cards/magazines/non-junk mail deemed pieces of incoming mail per month with 2 recipients per company name or 1 recipient with 2 company names.

USPS Rules & Requirements

For the Online Doc Vault /CMRA Agent

Customer Identification (Form 1583):

• The CMRA must ensure every customer completes PS Form 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent).

• The customer must present two forms of identification (one must include a photograph).

• The CMRA retains a copy of Form 1583 and IDs for the duration of the customer’s service.

Mail Handling:

• The CMRA must ensure secure handling and delivery of mail to the correct customer.

• They cannot knowingly accept or distribute unlawful mail (e.g., fraudulent schemes or illegal items).

Address Format Required:

• Mail delivered to the CMRA must include the customer’s name or authorized recipient and a PMB (Private Mailbox) number.

• The format is:

  John Doe

  Company Name(if applicable)

  123 Main St. PMB# 000

  City, State, ZIP Code

For CMRA Customers

Form 1583 Submission:

• Customers must complete PS Form 1583 and provide valid identification before mail delivery begins.

Accurate Addressing:

• Customers must ensure mail is properly addressed using their assigned PMB number.

No Misrepresentation:

• Customers cannot use the CMRA address to mislead others into believing it is a physical business address.

Compliance with Laws:

• Customers must not use the CMRA for illegal activities or to receive prohibited items.

Notification of Changes:

• Customers must inform the CMRA of any address or contact information changes.
